Powderpuff game is an annual tradition at Minarets where the underclassmen and upperclassmen girls play against each other. Usually it's done every every year in October for Breast Cancer Awareness month, but this year it was held on Sept. 16, 2019 at the Minarets stadium.

The underclassmen team is in grey and the upperclassmen team is in purple.

The Varsity football team also took part by coaching the two teams; Sophomore Jacob Wheeler, seniors Colby Moss, and John Alsup were the coaches for the underclassmen while junior Syler Pillsbury, seniors Rhett Samper, and John Rodriguiez were the coaches for the upperclassmen

The game started as usual with the Equestrian team that was made up of two players, senior Rhett Samper and Tyler Jones. Once the game started, the girls on both sides fought hard to win with freshman Josephine Struffert and junior Lizzie Decamp serving as their teams' quarterbacks. During the game, the rest of the Varsity and JV football boys served as cheerleaders for the girls. In the end, the upperclassmen were victorious with the final score of 40-24.

Thank you to everyone who participated!
