Boys Soccer vs. Panthers

Updated: May 17

by Derek Ray

Boys soccer had a big game on Jan. 27, 2020 against Parlier High School! The game took place at Minarets around 7:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the Mustangs lost a second time this season against the Panthers, which drops their record to 1-9-2.

This season has been a challenging one, but soccer player Cale Freeland explained, “What motivates me to work hard every game and practice is knowing that this is my last year being able to play soccer with a dedicated team."

Even though time is winding down in the season, Freeland remains hopeful and explained, "I’m hoping that the team can grow from these losses and excel next year."

The boys have an upcoming home game Friday night versus Caruthers at 6:30 p.m. The season will be coming to a close in just a few games so be sure to come out and support our boys!
