The conference with start with a keynote speaker to discuss Native cultures. Students will then be put into groups that are mixed with others students from the surrounding area. Attendees will be participating in activities with their group and to communicate more with others. They will be learning about their culture, history, about Native Americans. After four 30 minute sessions, the conference will end with another keynote speaker.

Mario Benally, one of the coordinators from North Fork Rancheria Tribal TANF, has experienced the conference and always enjoys the Keynote Speakers and the workshops put on by Hector Cerritos. It was a full ride scholarship for Native Americans. This will be his third year going to the conference, which he recommends this to other students both Native and Non-Native.
