On December 5th, 2017, Mrs. Gamble, the Minarets art teacher, and 20 students took a field trip to Just Bisque It, a ceramics and painting studio in Oakhurst.
The studio welcomed Minarets students to come and pick out pre-made ceramics to paint and decorate. From piggy banks, to vases, to coffee mugs, Just Bisque It offered a wide selection of ceramics for the students to purchase and paint, allowing them to connect their artistic abilities in different forms. Since the field trip took place so close to Christmas, many students decided to decorate their ceramics Christmas-themed. In the end, everyone had a great time.
